Refund Policy

At napolijersey, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a fair and simple refund process.

Returns

– You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item
– Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached
– Return shipping is free – we cover the return costs

Refunds

– Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
– If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days
– Refunds are issued to your original PayPal account
– The time it takes for the funds to appear may depend on PayPal’s processing times

Exchanges

– We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order

Non-Returnable Items

– Gift cards are non-refundable
